Price of the room, clean, spacious.
The furniture was a little worn.
I was happy with this hotel because it was one of the lower priced hotels in the area but was surprisingly very comfortable, nice and clean. The room was spacious.

Location was the ONLY plus.
It smelled.
I asked for a non-smoking and booked a non-smoking and was given a smoking. No other rooms available. There was no parking available. I got in after 10pm and had to park out by the street.
